The veil between worlds is thin, and Dead Witch is ready to summon the noise. The screams don’t end with Halloween. On Friday, November 21st, “Life After Death” brings together three of Aotearoa’s most ferocious metal acts for a night of sonic resurrection upstairs at Ding Dong Lounge.


Opening the night is Letra Luna, a four-piece alternative metal band from Auckland whose lineup—Jerika on vocals, Ikr and Teri on guitars, and Matt on drums—blends haunting melodies with raw power. Their sound is immersive, emotional, and built to shake the walls. Following them is Obsidian Tomb, a band forged in the fires of pain and defiance. Formed in late 2024, their music channels trauma and survival into a brutal, cathartic experience. With their debut EP “Beyond the Veil of Obscurity” already making waves, Ren, Glen, Hale, and Riane are set to deliver a set that cuts deep.
