Stuck in Tāmaki Makaurau for Easter? Same.


With fuel prices doing their best impression of a metal solo, half the city has decided staying put is the smarter move, which means Easter Saturday is suddenly wide open for a night out. So we’re filling it with a late‑night comedy show on the eve of the biggest comeback story ever told.


We’ve lined up a hand‑picked crew of Auckland’s sharpest comedians, each risking untested festival material in front of a crowd smart enough to stay in town for the long weekend.


And because we love a bit of chaos, tickets are free, but we recommend booking ahead. Everyone who books goes in the draw to win a $75 dining voucher for you and a mate to use on the night. Just be 18+, book your free tickets here and arrive before 8:30pm to be eligible.
