Ding Dong Lounge goes full throttle on Friday 17 July with a night built for rock and metal diehards. From the golden age to the pit, DJs INAGONY and guests spin anthem after anthem from the heavy hitters: Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Nirvana, Slipknot, AC/DC, Judas Priest, Tool, Black Sabbath, Queen, Slayer and plenty more. Expect relentless riffs, headbang-worthy hooks, and deep cuts that hit like a freight train.


Happy Hour hits twice — 7PM to 8PM and again from 12AM to 1AM.


Downstairs, it’s all about the decks. No cover bands, no filler, just curated chaos from Auckland’s loudest selectors, taking you on a nonstop journey through rock’s loudest eras. If you're into classic rock singalongs, thrash pit energy, or anything in between, this one's designed to take the roof off.

Harassment, intimidation, unwanted sexual behaviour, discrimination and violence have no place at our events. We ask everyone to respect personal boundaries and consent, look out for one another and help create a positive and inclusive community.

If you experience or witness behaviour that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please speak to the Duty Manager or a member of our team as soon as possible. We take concerns seriously and will assess each situation to determine the most appropriate response.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, unwanted sexual behaviour, discrimination and violence. Depending on the circumstances, our team may intervene, refuse entry, remove individuals from the venue and/or involve Police. Our goal is simple: to ensure Ding Dong Lounge and Dead Witch remain places where everyone can enjoy live music with confidence.
