HOW DOES IT WORK?

Booking & Payment Terms

Booking
All booking requests must be submitted through the booking tool. If approved, you’ll receive confirmation via email.

Payment
Venue Hire fee is due within 14 days of confirmation.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of the event must be paid within 24 hours.
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Venue Hire (6:00pm – 12:00am)

  • Tuesdays & Wednesdays: $250 (including GST)

  • Thursdays: By appointment only — please email bookings@dingdongloungenz.com to discuss

  • Fridays & Saturdays: $400 (including GST)

 

Details

  • Hire time includes load-in, setup, and soundcheck

  • Load-out must be completed as soon as possible after the show

  • Dead Witch doors typically open from 8:00pm

 

What’s Included in Your Booking

  • Live sound engineer

  • Door staff (ticketing, entry management, and wristband checks at Dead Witch)

  • Bar staff

  • Basic backline (see full specifications below)
