All presale tickets must be sold through the Ding Dong Lounge ticket system unless agreed otherwise.

You set your own presale ticket price.

Door sales must be $15 or higher.

All presale and door ticket revenue goes to you.

Payouts are made on the first business day of the second week after your event.

GST is withheld unless you provide a valid GST invoice.

You are responsible for paying performers from your ticket revenue.

Yes. All bar sales are retained by the venue.

The venue provides:

• Live sound engineer

• Door staff (cashier + entry)

• Bar staff

• Full PA system

• Lighting

• Microphones and stands

• Basic backline (amps + drum shells)

Approximately 110 people standing.

A basic backline is provided.

Drummers must bring:

• Cymbals

• Snare

• Kick pedal

• Throne

• Sticks

Guitarists may need to bring additional amp heads depending on setup.

Your hire time includes load-in, setup, and soundcheck (from 6pm unless otherwise arranged).
