What We Stand For
We believe everyone should be able to enjoy themselves without experiencing harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted sexual behaviour or violence.

Respect, consent and looking after each other are part of being part of our community.
Behaviour We Don't Accept
Unacceptable behaviour includes:

bullying

threatening or aggressive behaviour

behaviour that puts another person's safety at risk

behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable
If Something Happens
If you experience or witness behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please speak with a member of our team or the Duty Manager.

You do not need to wait until something becomes serious. If something doesn't feel right, we encourage you to let us know so we can respond appropriately.
Drink Safety
We want everyone to enjoy their time at Ding Dong Lounge and Dead Witch. If you feel unwell, unsafe, or believe your drink may have been tampered with, please tell our team or the Duty Manager immediately. We will listen, provide support and take appropriate action.
How We Respond
Our team are trained to help maintain a safe and respectful environment, identify concerns, support patrons and take appropriate action when needed. Depending on the circumstances, this may include speaking with those involved, separating people where appropriate, asking people to leave, documenting incidents, providing support to those affected, or involving Police or emergency services where necessary.
For Artists, Performers and Promoters
We expect the same standards from everyone involved in our events, including performers, DJs, promoters, contractors and staff.
