These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Ding Dong Lounge website, ticket purchases, memberships and attendance at our events.
By purchasing tickets, entering the venue, booking services through our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Tickets and Events
All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
Event details, including dates, times, line-ups, ticket prices and event information, may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes.
Tickets are only valid for the event, date and time stated on the ticket.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without our approval.
Refunds and Cancellations
Ticket sales are generally final and refunds are not available unless:

If an event is cancelled or a refund is offered, refunds will be processed according to the applicable ticketing terms and payment provider requirements.
Entry Requirements
Ding Dong Lounge is an R18 venue.
You must provide valid identification if requested by our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate

breaches our Code of Conduct

presents a risk to other patrons, staff or the venue
Entry decisions made by our staff or management are final.
Safety and Respect
We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
We do not tolerate:

bullying

intimidation

unwanted sexual behaviour

threatening or aggressive behaviour

behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable
Anyone engaging in unacceptable behaviour may be refused entry or removed from the venue.
Alcohol and Responsible Service
Alcohol service is subject to New Zealand licensing laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, acting in an unsafe manner or otherwise not complying with licensing requirements.
Super Member Memberships
Super Member memberships provide access to benefits as described at the time of joining.
Membership benefits, offers and eligibility requirements may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
Membership fees are charged according to the subscription terms agreed at the time of joining.
Members may cancel their subscription in accordance with the cancellation process provided.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
