Ding Dong Lounge proudly presents the 2023 Band Competition: Heat Three, live upstairs at Dead Witch.

Bands TBC, presales $5 and door sales $10.

Supermild: 

SuperMild is 3 piece genre-spanning band based in Auckland. Once cited as spanning Reggae, Dub, Roots, RnB, Funk, Psychedelic, Rock, and Jazz, SM is driven by a desire not to get stuck in one sound, and to bring banter, energy, a good time, and a great sound to as many stages as possible.

0800 Belly Up:

The 0800 Belly Up boys hail from north Auckland, NZ; Te Arai, Mangawhai and Langs Beach. The band formed in 2021 from a collection of rowdy, out the gate, bogan meets big-time characters. Meeting upon a national treasure, Crate Day, from a shared love of Alternative Rock and Punk music something great was born. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses catchy vocal, sing-along anthems and pumping grooves and melodies.…

At Ding Dong Lounge and Dead Witch, we want everyone to enjoy live music in an environment where they feel safe, respected and welcome. We ask everyone to respect personal boundaries and consent, look out for one another and help create a positive and inclusive community.

If you experience or witness behaviour that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please speak to the Duty Manager or a member of our team as soon as possible. We take concerns seriously and will assess each situation to determine the most appropriate response.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, unwanted sexual behaviour, discrimination and violence. Depending on the circumstances, our team may intervene, refuse entry, remove individuals from the venue and/or involve Police. Our goal is simple: to ensure Ding Dong Lounge and Dead Witch remain places where everyone can enjoy live music with confidence.
