The finalists return to Dead Witch, upstairs at Ding Dong Lounge, for one last showdown, each performing a 30-minute set to compete for the title and a prize package worth more than $11,000.

The grand prize

The winning band will receive a fully produced single with Dave Rhodes at Parachute Studios, a professionally produced music video by Imaginary Friends, $1,000 cash, custom artwork by Indium Design, $1,150 worth of Auckland street advertising from Phantom Billstickers, promotional support, instrument servicing from Ion Guitar Works and free venue hire for a single release party.

Second, third and fourth place also receive prizes, and all four finalists can access a discounted Studio A recording day at Parachute Studios.
