Get ready to descend into The Doom Room, a night of punishing riffs and oppressive atmosphere, not from live bands but from the decks. On Saturday 26 July, Ding Dong Lounge will be swallowed by waves of doom, sludge, and droning heaviness as Craig from Brackenwood Coven steps up as DJ Witchtripper, joined by Doug from the band Doomscroll, fittingly known as DJ Doomscroll. Expect sets soaked in despair and distortion, with cuts from Electric Wizard, Melvins, Kyuss, Acid Bath, Sleep, Uncle Acid, Weedeater, and more.

At Ding Dong Lounge and Dead Witch, we want everyone to enjoy live music in an environment where they feel safe, respected and welcome. Harassment, intimidation, unwanted sexual behaviour, discrimination and violence have no place at our events. We ask everyone to respect personal boundaries and consent, look out for one another and help create a positive and inclusive community.
If you experience or witness behaviour that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please speak to the Duty Manager or a member of our team as soon as possible. We take concerns seriously and will assess each situation to determine the most appropriate response.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, unwanted sexual behaviour, discrimination and violence. Depending on the circumstances, our team may intervene, refuse entry, remove individuals from the venue and/or involve Police. Our goal is simple: to ensure Ding Dong Lounge and Dead Witch remain places where everyone can enjoy live music with confidence.
