Dead Witch will host a three‑act showcase this Saturday, 21 February, highlighting the depth of Tāmaki Makaurau’s alternative and heavy music communities. Doors open at 8:30PM.
The lineup features CHLORINE, an East Auckland shoegaze band known for their dense, pedal‑driven sound and the “soft yet hard‑hitting” approach that has shaped their 2023 release Lust and follow‑up single “Whisper.”
Joining them is MONEY SOCK, a Waitākere‑based hardcore punk group performing under the banner of TMHC — Hater Hardcore. With a reputation for sharp, abrasive sets and a strong local identity, they continue to carve out their place in Auckland’s hardcore scene. They can be found on Instagram at @money_sock_hc.
Opening the night is @allegra_tm, bringing an experimental noise performance that leans into texture, abstraction, and unconventional sonic structure.
