In June 2024, Stillwater Lines was seriously injured in a near-fatal car crash and retreated to a cabin in Te Aroha to heal. In the following 2 years since then, he's had time to reflect on his life and the events that led up to the crash. He also learned how to find hope through that season of life, reflect on his childhood, understand his battles with anxiety and depression, and finding faith in the present while on the journey to a place of peace where joy comes back into the conversation and new seasons can begin.
The result of this season of life are the songs that feature on his debut album "The Hartford Heights Project" (out January 8th 2027).
