The Ding Dong Band Competition 2025 kicks off in October and runs through to the grand final in late November, launching a high-stakes journey of live music, fierce performances, and scene-defining moments. Heat One sets the tone—Auckland’s emerging bands take the stage to show what they’re made of. Every set is a chance to connect, impress, and earn a spot in the semi-finals. Judges will select two bands to advance, but every act will bring something unique to the night. Whether you’re here to support your mates or discover your next favourite band, this is the night to show up early and stay loud. Doors open at 8PM, first band hits at 8:30PM.
