Corey Friedlander (8 Foot Sativa, City of Souls, In Dread Response, Fornax Chemica) and Gideon Voon (Shepherds Reign) return to Ding Dong Lounge with their instru-metal project, unleashing their second single Ancient Promise. This Auckland-based duo delivers a high-energy set packed with blazing double kicks, guitar and drum solos, and heavy-hitting riffs carved into odd-time grooves. Whether you're a casual listener or a technical head, this performance will leave jaws on the floor.


Joining them are Headlock Grave—Auckland’s groove metal juggernaut known for scorching, energetic performances. Fresh off the release of their single As A Ghost in August and gearing up to drop their debut album Monolithium this November, they’re bringing even heavier groove and intensity to the stage.


Also on the bill: In Shade, a melodic death metal/metalcore outfit from Auckland, formed by friends and forged in the local scene. Their debut EP Earth Turns, I Stand Still dropped…
