Dust off your checkers and lace up your Docs cause Ska Punk Night is crashing into Ding Dong Lounge with two floors of pure 90s and 2000s chaos. Upstairs at Dead Witch, Waiheke’s own Dub Penguins deliver a full-throttle Sublime tribute, plus covers of Rancid, No Doubt, and Operation Ivy. It’s two hours of live heat that’ll have you skanking, swaying, and shouting every word like it’s 1997.
Downstairs, DJs Drew Bang & guests keep the pit bouncing with ska punk anthems and scene essentials. From horn hits to punk riffs, it’s a sonic time machine built for rude boys, rude girls, and anyone who ever moshed in a checkerboard shirt.
